Primary Clay Sponsor(s)
for all events, a proposed six conference schedule for the calendar year.
Clay sponsor will have right of first refusal to provide clay sponsor for all conferences scheduled by Potters Workshops Inc. in the that calendar year.
Clay sponsors wil recieve the following:
Website Marketing
Link to Potters Workshop's Inc. (PWI) website. Conference attendees must visit the PWI site to register for upcoming conferences.
Participants List- Clay sponsors will receive all attendee mail/email lists from conferences held in the calendar year. This list will be comprised of over 600 names. Clay sponsor may utilize the list however they see fit.
Conference Attendance
Clay sponsor may send up to two complimentary attendees to each PWI conference in the calender year. Clay sponsor attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses.
Potters Workshops Inc. Advisory Board
A clay sponsor is entitled to a seat on the PWI advisory board. The board is set up to steer the direction of upcoming workshops and programming. The advisory board will meet quarterly via teleconference.
